Gatekeepers?!!?!?

Hey everyone!
I really liked the Taiwanese video because I liked they mentioned that they looked to the world's health care systems to create one of thier own. This already shows that they are open to new ideas and willing to learn from other countries and methods. This is already going in the right direction, I think. I also liked the idea that there are no "gatekeepers" which here are Gp's...in order to refer them to a specialist. I agree with Taiwan in that the people are more important and the problem (for example, a neck problem) should be taken care of right away.

The Switzerland video..was interesting as well. I think that if they could have a similar health care system before...and now they have changed!...WHY cant WE??? I think the world laughs at our country...because we do not have our priorities straight. :/
